Description

Mylar Aluminum is a PET film coated with Acrylic water and then laminated with aluminum foil. It is a process for protecting EMI in the electronics industry.

Structure

Backing: PET film
Adhesive: Flame retardant adhesive
Backing: Aluminum foil (soft aluminum/hard aluminum)
Adhesion Range: None
Total Thickness(Without Release Liner): 0.04 mm ~ 0.2 mm

Features

■ Aluminum foil Usage is used for screen EMI electromagnetic wave shielding and electrostatic discharge, and Mylar is used as insulation spacer
■ Mylar Aluminum uses soft calendered aluminum foil material, and uses high-strength Acrylic water to precisely combine the aluminum foil and PET film. It has high-strength tensile strength, heat resistance, and good stability. It is a good EMI (electromagnetic interference) )Protective materials

Usage ■ Usage for interference masking of multi-conductor control wires, such as electronic wires, computer wires, signal wires, coaxial cables, cable TV wires or local area network cables
